Our family’s recent stay at Fairmont The Palm Dubai was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, was genuinely family-oriented and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was tailored to our every need. One of the highlights of our visit was my birthday celebration. The hotel made me feel so special with a beautifully presented cake and even surprised us with an upgraded room. These thoughtful gestures truly added a personal touch to our stay and made me feel incredibly cherished. The dining experience was equally remarkable. The restaurant staff were attentive, kind, and accommodating to our family, ensuring even the smallest details were perfect. Their commitment to exceptional service was evident in every interaction. The combination of the breathtaking location, luxurious amenities, and the dreamlike atmosphere created by the dedicated team made our stay unforgettable. Fancy hotel with well trained staff who are attentive to the guests’ needs. The check-in experience was very pleasant as the manager came in person to greet us and even gave us a room upgrade. The rooms are comfortable, well designed and clean. The food by the pool’s snack and at the restaurant was tasty. I also liked that they would constantly provide us with bottles of water, even though we were not on an all-inclusive basis. We didn’t have to buy water during our stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. House keeping staff were particularly dilligent in their duties. Restaurants were good. The Asian and Indian restaurants were outstanding. The food was of a very high standard. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

I couldn't recommend the Willow Steam Spa more. A must do for anyone going to Fairmont. The breakfast is worth paying for and you won't be hungry for the day! Excellent standard of food and wide selection. Our beds were extremely comfortable and the views of the palm from our Sea view room were amazing.
